Based on our highly successful recycling program at Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International, we believe ARS can reduce the cost of waste management at your airport by 5-15%, recycle over 30% of your waste stream and reduce hauling to landfills by as much as 90%.
A survey of your airport focusing on the existing waste management system and airport requirements or special needs should be performed to determine the most effective program. All possibilities will be discovered and present in our Waste Stream Report. Our experts are willing to create a turn key recycling, solid waste reduction solution that could be operated by a municipality or outside contractor. The goal of ARS will be to establish and manage the system for each airport and/or provide consultants to assist in operations. Any cost realized by the airport authority for the survey performed by ARS will be deducted from the cost of the recycling facility in the first 6 months of operation assuming ARS is awarded the contract. If no benefit can be realized by an ARS program no fee will be charged for our survey.
